Ten deep breaths will help reduce stress.   In ten minutes you can stimulate your mind through meditation.  Ten reps of core exercises such as squats, pushups and tricep dips can strengthen your body.   List ten reasons why you are fantastic and post it on your wall.  Take time for you.  Five or ten minutes a day can change everything.  A six week course or eight hour seminar could release negative thoughts and lead to renewed energy and excitement about living life.
